Hiding That I'm Dating the Amnesiac Villain

I got ghosted.

"Well, good riddance~ I was going to break up with him anyway~"

But not only has my (ex) boyfriend lost his memory—he's apparently the villain.

'It's definitely better to pretend I don't know him, right?'

That's what I really wanted to do.

But then...

My ex keeps hanging around me.

"Huey? Hueli? Ah, right... Hugo."

Now I live in constant fear that he's regaining his memories.

"So there really is a man named Hugo who has you all worked up, isn't there?"

I needed to correct that statement.

That Hugo is actually him?

Or that I'm not worked up at all?

"Hah."

The man's low chuckle was icy cold.

Please, can't we just pretend not to know each other for the rest of our lives?
