These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern Your access to and use of Ex Novels (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.

  • No real-world value. Coins and other virtual items have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold outside of the Service.
  • Limited license. Coins represent a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access digital content and features on the Service. You do not own the Coins.
  • Pricing and availability. We may change prices, offerings, and the availability of Coins or content at any time without notice.
  • Expiration and forfeiture. Coins and wallet balances may be forfeited if Your Account is terminated for a violation of these Terms.

Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases on the Service are one-time transactions. We do not offer subscriptions or auto-renewing charges, so there is nothing to cancel once a purchase is complete.

  • Final and non-refundable. Except where required by applicable law, all purchases of Coins, virtual items, and gift card redemptions are final and non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
  • Immediate access. Because Coins and digital Content are delivered to Your Account immediately, by completing a purchase You request that We begin performance right away and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, You lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
  • Statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights You may have under the consumer-protection laws of Your jurisdiction.
  • Unused balances. If You close Your Account, any unused Coins or wallet balance will be forfeited and are not refundable or convertible to cash, except where required by law.
  • Billing errors. If You believe You were charged in error, or notice a duplicate or unauthorized charge, contact Us within 30 days and We will review the charge in good faith.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Content except as expressly permitted by the Service.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features or access restrictions, including any measures used to protect Coins or paid Content.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person, or impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original Content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ex Novels and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants You any right to use Our trademarks or Content except as expressly permitted.

If You believe that Content on the Service infringes Your copyright, please review and follow the procedure described in our DMCA Policy.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to Your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount You paid Us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also stop using the Service and delete Your Account at any time through Your settings.
